On June 6, 2019, we celebrate the 75th Anniversary of D-Day. We honor the men and women who served during World War II, especially my father-in-law, Charles G. Wright, Sr., who served in France during WW II. In 2015, my husband Charles and I visited Normandy, France and videotaped Omaha Beach, a German bunker, gun casements, the cemetery where more than 9,300 soldiers are buried, and much more.
